Refund Policy

We want all of our customers to be having a best experience with their purchases and we encourage the customers to review our refund policy prior to making the purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund policy below.
The digital membership, subscription and products will be referred as products.

Please read carefully

Products purchased with discounted price is/are not eligible for refund.
Refunds must be requested within 60 days of purchase.
Refunds will not be given when you have passed the exam.
Refunds can be considered when you have failed the exam with score of at least 50% or more. The scores less than that will not be eligible for a refund.
All the refund requests must contain the details of exam attempt including the score. No refunds will be given without a valid proof from the vendor exam.
Refunds must be initiated within 7 days of exam result date. Requests raised after 7 days exam result date will not be eligible for refund.
Customers can only request a refund once per product. So we request you to carefully purchase the products. will not be responsible for any differences/discrepancies in exchange rates and refunds can be paid only in USD for the eligible amount charged during the purchase of the products.
Refund requests should be sent from the email registered in account membership which is used to access the platform.

How to request refund?

Please email your refund request with all the supporting details on your exam as mentioned above to our email id support @
Please note, with out a valid proof of exam attempt and score we will not be offer any refunds.

Refund processing time

Refunds may take up to 21 days irrespective of your payment method or cards you have used from the date we have confirmed. Any late or missing refund requests should be raised after 21 days.
